Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative

Location: Thane

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life, health, or general insurance products.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and customer referrals.
• Conduct meetings with potential clients to explain product benefits and features.
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals and upselling.

Candidate Requirements:

• Any graduation is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
• Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
