Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated insurance sales representative to sell insurance policies and provide excellent customer service. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable insurance plans, and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life, health, or general insurance products.
• Identify customer needs and provide policy recommendations.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and fieldwork.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle policy servicing.
• Assist clients with renewals, claims, and documentation.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: 2+ years in insurance or field sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Target-driven with a customer-focused approach.
• Willing to travel locally for field sales and meetings.

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹4.00 LPA + Incentives
