Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to promote and sell insurance products. The ideal candidate should be good at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life, health, or general insurance policies
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Ensure timely policy renewals and customer follow-ups
• Keep records of sales, client interactions, and pipeline
• Attend training sessions and stay updated with product knowledge

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any stream
• Experience: 2+ years (Freshers welcome with good communication skills)
• Good interpersonal and sales skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Two-wheeler preferred (for field sales roles)
