• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.
• Meet prospective clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Provide policy details, explain features, and offer suitable plans.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain customer relationships for renewals and upselling.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Any Graduate preferred
• Experience: 2+ years in sales (insurance/banking preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Local candidates with field sales experience preferred
