Insurance Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting insurance products, and achieving assigned sales targets through field-based activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits and networking
Present and explain life insurance products to clients based on their needs
Achieve individual sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders for renewal and cross-selling
Ensure complete and accurate documentation of all sales activities
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory
1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in life insurance or BFSI
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently
Local market knowledge will be an advantage
