Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Manager to lead our insurance sales team. The role involves recruiting agents, driving insurance sales, and achieving business targets through team performance and direct selling.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or agents.
• Drive sales of life insurance products through the team and self-sourcing.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and motivation sessions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure quality service.
• Monitor and guide agents to improve performance.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
