Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Spearhead recruitment efforts and lead sales initiatives to meet area targets.
- Maintain and build relationships with agents, providing support for consistent sales growth.
- Design and implement training programs that enable agents to meet and exceed their targets.
- Continuously assess agent performance and provide actionable feedback for success.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or agency relationship management.
- Essential: A bike and valid driving license for field activities.
- Preference for local candidates with regional market knowledge.
- Open to graduates from all fields who have a passion for recruitment and sales.
