Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic Insurance Sales Supervisor to oversee agent-driven sales in the Faridabad region. The role includes recruiting local agents, monitoring performance, and ensuring monthly business goals are met through active field involvement. Preference for candidates with local market understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and mentor insurance agents for life insurance sales.
- Conduct product training sessions and business planning meets.
- Supervise daily field activities and ensure policy closures.
- Support agents with joint field calls and lead generation.
- Review performance metrics and address improvement areas.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and accurate policy servicing.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Should be a local resident of Faridabad or nearby.
- Good communication and people-handling skills.
- Team-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.
