Job Title:  Insurance Sales Team Leader

As an Insurance Sales Team Leader, your main responsibility is to lead a team of insurance advisors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Seek out potential candidates to join our team and discuss opportunities with them.
• Provide assistance and encouragement to your team members, addressing their concerns and keeping them motivated.
• Learn about potential customers and develop strategies to reach them, assisting your team in selling insurance products effectively.
• Regularly meet with customers to ensure satisfaction and potentially upsell additional products or services.
• Monitor your team’s performance and provide guidance for improvement when necessary.
• Ensure your team understands and follows our sales plan effectively.
• Identify and engage potential new customers to expand our client base.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Demonstrable track record of at least 1 year in on-field sales functions.
• Age bracket: 21 to 38 years.
• Local native is Mandatory for 3 5 years.
