Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduation is a must
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing (any industry)
• Proven record of achieving sales goals and managing a team
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and agents
