Job Overview

We are hiring dynamic and motivated individuals for the role of Insurance Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business through direct client interaction and managing customer relationships in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Sell insurance products to new and existing customers
Identify leads through field visits, references, and networking
Build strong, long-term customer relationships
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay informed about product features and industry trends

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Must be familiar with the local market
