Job Summary:

We are looking for an Insurance Specialist to help customers understand and choose the right insurance products. You will explain policy details, assist with claims, and ensure excellent customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Explain different insurance policies to customers
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable insurance plans
• Help customers complete policy applications and documentation
• Follow up with leads and convert them into policyholders
• Handle customer queries, claims, and service requests
• Maintain accurate records of policies and customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
