Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Insurance Specialist to guide customers in choosing the right insurance policies. You will help customers understand policies, handle claims, and ensure excellent service throughout the insurance process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting suitable insurance plans
• Explain policy terms, benefits, and coverage in a simple and clear manner
• Process policy applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Support clients during the claims process and coordinate with insurers
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Meet sales and service targets set by the company

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
