About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Territory Manager to drive business growth through our Associate Business Partners (ABP) channel. This role involves managing relationships with ABP partners, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are achieved in the insurance space.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets via the ABP channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with ABP partners.
Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports.
Conduct training and provide ongoing support to partners.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Analyze market trends to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within BFSI or insurance, with experience in the ABP channel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
Proactive, result-oriented, and team-focused.
