Investor Relations Manager

Job Description

The Investor Relations Manager manages communication between the company and its investors, fostering relationships and ensuring transparency in financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop investor communications, including earnings reports and presentations.
Manage relationships with current and potential investors.
Monitor market trends and investor sentiment.
Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience in investor relations or finance.
-Strong financial, communication, and relationship management skills.
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.

Candidates Requirements :

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
