Role Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Agency Manager to recruit, train, and lead a team of life insurance agents. The goal is to drive insurance sales through the agency channel and ensure business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new life insurance agents
- Train and mentor agents to achieve sales targets
- Drive sales of life insurance products through the agency network
- Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing support
- Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and motivational activities
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years experience in life insurance or agency sales
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good knowledge of insurance products and sales processes
