Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor insurance agents

• Monitor and evaluate agent performance regularly
• Develop new business strategies and client relationships

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2+ years in insurance sales, preferably in agency management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of life insurance products and processes
