We are looking for a dynamic Banking Sales Officer to drive sales through the banca channel. The role involves building strong customer relationships, promoting banking & insurance products, and achieving business targets in collaboration with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales through banca partners to achieve assigned targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking & insurance solutions.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements

Graduation is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in BFSI sales preferred (freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply).
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
