Role Overview:

Generate leads and identify business opportunities.
Recruit advisors from the open market to expand the team.
Achieve or surpass sales targets.
Negotiate contracts with potential clients.
Assist in determining pricing, promotional offers, and negotiation terms.
Build and manage a team of agency partners to meet sales objectives.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key agencies.
Provide training and support to agency partners.
Implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Required Candidate Profile:

Minimum educational qualification: Graduate.
At least 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Excellent communication skills.
Age between 22 and 38 years.
Preference for local candidates.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + additional benefits.
