Position: Branch Relationship Manager
Location: Vadodara
CTC: Up to ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives

Job Type: Lead-Based Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in and lead-generated customers at the branch
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial products
Drive sales of life insurance and investment products
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure after-sales service
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in BFSI sales or branch banking
Good communication and client relationship skills
