JUNIOR SALES MANAGER
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Junior Sales Manager to support our sales operations and help grow our customer base. In this role, you will assist in managing sales activities, guiding sales executives, and contributing to achieving overall sales targets
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the senior sales team in planning and executing sales strategies
- Manage and guide a small team of sales representatives or field executives
- Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation
- Assist in meeting team and individual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback
- Prepare and share sales reports and market insights with the team
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
