- Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents to sell life insurance policies.
- Support agents in achieving their sales targets by providing coaching and sales tools.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and motivational meetings to help agents perform at their best.
- Analyze market trends to guide agents on effective selling techniques.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of agents and ensure they meet their targets.
- Promote new products and initiatives to the agents for better market penetration.
Key Criteria:
- Graduation in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Valid bike and driving license.
