Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Determine and hire quality advisers to create a strong advisor base.
-Offer regular training on products, business processes, and selling strategies.
-Support advisors with developing leads, prospecting, and business development. Ensure advisors -offer appropriate financial solutions based on consumer needs along with business rules and conventions.
-Exceed the monthly business target for creating new business and retaining agency advisors.
-Assure that the selling via team of advisers is aligned with all business quality metrics.
-As your client’s first point of contact, identify their issues and verify them with authorities.
