Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategies to enhance the bancassurance channel.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners.
-Collaborate with banks to identify sales opportunities and design tailored insurance solutions.
-Train and support bank staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights.
-Resolve any issues or concerns that arise with bank partners or clients.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirement:
-Min 1+ year of experience in Any Field Sales & Marketing
-Qualification- Graduation mandatory
-CTC- Up To 4.00 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
-AGE : 21 to 38 Years
