Roles and responsibilities:
-Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and fixing concerns.
-Assist consumers with account enquiries, product information, and transactions.
-Keep accurate records of interactions with clients and transactions.
-Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
-Support the execution of interpersonal initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.
-Monitor client comments and recommend ways to improve service delivery.
