Job Description
Hiring : Key sales manager for agency channel in life insurance.
Preferred sector : Pharma, Telecom, FMCG, BFSI
CTC : Up to 4 LPA +other benefits
Roles :
– Recruit your team and provide managerial assistance for them.
– Additionally, you can hire part-time employees.
– Make sure the output of Active Advisors is kept at the planned level.
– Conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to assess their success and offer guidance.
– Generating income and bringing in new clients, whether in person or online.
– Participate in all management-led training sessions and meetings.
– Make careful to make 1 or 2 joint calls each day.
– Abide by all company-established rules and regulations.

Desired Candidates Profile :
– Bachelor’s degree in any stream
– Minimum 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field
