Job Roles :

– Improvement of agent prospecting practices to generate business

– Work with the agent on planning and evaluating activities and goals.

– Identify the training needs of the agency and work with Trainers to improve the same.

– Maintain Daily Reports.

– To find new leads.

– Research and identify new business opportunities.

– Meeting planned sales goals.

– Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

Candidate Profile:

– Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales and Marketing or from BFSI

– CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits

– Job Type: Full Time-On Roll

– Education: Any Graduation

– Good Communication Skill
