Roles and responsibilities:
• Organize and inspire advisors to join the group.
• Keep up a positive rapport with the advisor.
• Periodically check and assess their performance.
• Provide advisors with regular updates on new schemes, goods, etc.
• Embark with the advisers on the client call.
Candidate Requirement:
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
• Age: 21 to 38 years.
• Local candidates are hired first.
