Job Description

Key Sales Manager to lead and manage strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and oversee the execution of sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts and high-value clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-impact deals.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or Marketing or BFSI.
  • Local Candidate hire first.
  • Proven track record of  exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
