Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Key Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and lead business development activities across Madhya Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end field sales activities in assigned MP region
- Generate new business and meet monthly revenue targets
- Build & maintain strong customer relationships
- Guide and support the sales team for business expansion
- Conduct market visits, client meetings & lead follow-ups
- Track sales performance & prepare regular MIS reports
- Ensure smooth coordination between teams for conversions
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation mandatory
- Minimum 1–6 years experience in Sales/Marketing (BFSI preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Must be a local candidate of MP
- Ready for field sales & regular client visits
