Job Description

We are hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Key Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and lead business development activities across Madhya Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end field sales activities in assigned MP region
  • Generate new business and meet monthly revenue targets
  • Build & maintain strong customer relationships
  • Guide and support the sales team for business expansion
  • Conduct market visits, client meetings & lead follow-ups
  • Track sales performance & prepare regular MIS reports
  • Ensure smooth coordination between teams for conversions

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduation mandatory
  • Minimum 1–6 years experience in Sales/Marketing (BFSI preferred)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Must be a local candidate of MP
  • Ready for field sales & regular client visits
