Job Description

Key Sales Manager is responsible for managing major client accounts, driving revenue growth, and strengthening long-term relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with major/key clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for high-value customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to decision-makers.
  • Guide and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct training, motivation, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain sales reports, performance metrics, and client feedback.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client behaviour.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or BFSI
  • Experience in managing high-value clients is an advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
