Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and connect with new customers.
- Manage and support key clients for long-term business.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Guide and support junior sales staff if needed.
- Build good relationships with clients and solve their queries.
- Share regular reports and market updates with management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate (any stream).
- 2–5 years of sales experience (BFSI preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work with a team.
