Job Description

The Lead Development Manager drives lead generation and qualification efforts to ensure a steady pipeline for the sales team. They manage a team, collaborate with sales and marketing, and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.

 

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee lead generation, qualification, and handoff to sales.

-Manage and coach the lead development team to meet targets.

-Collaborate with sales and marketing to align strategies.

-Track performance metrics and optimize processes.

 

Qualifications:

-1+ years in lead generation or sales development.

-Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

-Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

 

Candidates Requirements :

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
