Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – Insurance Products
Location: Rayagada

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive to identify and connect with potential customers for insurance products. Your main role will be to generate qualified leads through outbound calls, field activity, and digital platforms to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Share information about insurance plans (life/health/general)
  • Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups
  • Support marketing campaigns and drive customer interest
  • Coordinate with sales team for smooth lead handover

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products is a plus
  • Telecalling or field lead generation experience preferred
