About the Role: 
As a Lead Generation Manager, you will spearhead efforts to drive quality leads into the sales pipeline. Your role involves creating strategies to optimize prospecting, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring the sales team has a steady flow of opportunities to close deals.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and implement effective lead-generation strategies across multiple channels.
  • Oversee a team of executives to ensure lead quality and volume meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and metrics.
  • Continuously improve prospecting tools, techniques, and workflows.
    Key Qualifications: 
  • 1-2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and lead management tools.

Compensation:
