Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver routine training modules to upgrade agents’ knowledge of products and sharpen their sales acumen.
- Negotiate terms and build mutually beneficial partnerships with agencies.
- Direct pivotal client negotiations, sealing contracts and achieving targeted sales goals.
- Drive critical negotiations with clients, closing contracts, and securing key sales agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years in field sales management.
- Excellent communication, strong leadership, and negotiation abilities.
- Must own a two-wheeler for mobility.
- Candidates must be between 21 and 38 years old.
