Job Description:

We are hiring a Lead – Sales Training professional to strengthen our Direct Distribution sales team. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in sales and a passion for training others to perform better on the field.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver structured training to new and existing sales team members.
Identify skill gaps and conduct need-based training sessions.
Train the team on product knowledge, communication, selling techniques, and market approach.
Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve individual and team efficiency.
Coordinate with the sales team and management for planning and execution of training schedules.
Maintain training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any stream.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales training or field sales (Banking , Insurance, or BFSI preferred).
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable in conducting on-ground field training and classroom sessions.
Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is a plus.
