Lead – Sales Training (Direct Distribution)

Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join as a Sales Training Lead for our Direct Distribution team in Nagpur. The role involves training sales executives to convert leads effectively and improve overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Train new and existing sales team members on lead handling, product knowledge, and sales process
Support the sales team in improving lead conversion and achieving targets
Conduct regular training sessions, both in-office and on-field
Guide and coach team members to enhance their selling skills

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or sales training (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with field coaching and working closely with sales teams
Immediate joiners preferred
