Lead – Sales Training (Direct Distribution)

Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead sales training initiatives for our Direct Distribution channel. If you have experience in BFSI sales and enjoy guiding others, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct onboarding and regular sales training sessions for new and existing team members.
Improve field performance by providing on-ground support and coaching.
Work closely with the sales team to identify training needs.
Track training effectiveness and prepare improvement plans.
Ensure product knowledge and sales skills are consistently upgraded across the team.

Who Can Apply:

Graduate with a minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI Sales.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Passionate about mentoring and team development.
Willing to travel locally as required.
