Lead – Sales Training (Direct Distribution)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Training Lead to drive performance through effective onboarding, product knowledge sessions, and skill development of the direct sales team. The role focuses on building a high-performing workforce by enhancing field capabilities and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training programs for new and existing direct sales team members
Create and implement sales training modules aligned with business goals
Conduct regular field coaching and on-the-job training
Track training effectiveness and suggest improvements
Collaborate with sales leaders to identify development needs
Maintain training records and reports

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory
2+ years of experience in training or sales development roles (preferably in BFSI or direct sales)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong understanding of direct sales processes and customer approach
