Key Responsibilities:
- Use the Agency Channel to achieve life insurance sales targets.
- Oversee the recruitment and training of new agents, ensuring they understand industry best practices.
- Supervise the licensing process and agent activation to ensure smooth operations.
- Regularly monitor agent performance and offer feedback to improve sales results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales in an open market.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with market trends and insurance industry standards.
