Job Summary:
We are hiring a passionate Life Insurance Advisor for a field sales role. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, meeting clients, understanding their insurance needs, and closing sales to achieve targets. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
Key Skills:
- Identify and onboard new distribution partner
- Train and mentor partners to boost sales effectiveness
- Monitor performance and ensure achievement of targets
- Build strong relationships to drive partner engagement.
Graduation in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of sales & Marketing experience
- Local candidates with established network and market knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
- Possession of a valid driving license and a personal vehicle is advantageous.
