Job Summary:
We are hiring a Life Insurance Agency Manager to handle business development through the agency model. The role involves recruiting and mentoring life insurance agents, driving sales through field engagement, and ensuring consistent business performance. This is a full-time, on-roll role suitable for experienced sales professionals with strong market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit and develop a team of life insurance agents in assigned areas
– Train agents on products, sales processes, and regulatory guidelines
– Conduct joint sales visits and support client conversions
– Track agent performance and drive activation and productivity
– Ensure target achievement on a monthly and quarterly basis
– Maintain business, lead tracking, and reporting activities
Candidate Requirements:
– Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
– Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
– Local area knowledge and willingness to travel for field work
