Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and motivate life insurance agents to achieve sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, clients, and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth and market expansion.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to agents to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, agency management, or related field.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Ability to drive results in a competitive market.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
