Job Description
The On-Ground Sales Manager is responsible for driving life insurance sales through direct client interaction, field activities, and managing a team of advisors or executives. This role involves lead generation, customer acquisition, and ensuring sales targets are achieved in a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead field sales efforts for life insurance products
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or agents
- Conduct client meetings and presentations in person
- Drive customer acquisition and policy conversions
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions if needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
