Job Title: Life Insurance Product Developer
Location: Jaipur

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced life insurance product developer to design, develop, and launch innovative insurance products that meet market needs and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor products.
  • Design new life insurance products and modify existing ones.
  • Ensure products comply with IRDAI regulations and guidelines.
  • Monitor product performance and suggest improvements.
  • Provide training and product knowledge support to sales and distribution teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Actuarial/Finance/Insurance background preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance product development.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (IRDAI).
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
