Job Summary: 
We are hiring an experienced Insurance Sales Professional to lead our advisor network in Patna. The role focuses on recruiting and developing life insurance agents, driving field-based sales, and building long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities: 
– Recruit and activate life insurance advisors in Patna
– Conduct product training, mentoring, and joint field visits
– Drive sales through advisor performance tracking and goal setting
– Ensure policy issuance and compliance with IRDAI norms
– Build relationships with customers and partners in the region
– Monitor local market activity and suggest growth strategies

Eligibility Criteria: 
– Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
– 2+ years of experience in field sales or BFSI/insurance sector
– Strong team management and leadership skills
– Familiar with Patna’s local network and customer landscape
– Willing to work in the field and meet sales targets
