Job Description

Roles and responsibility :

– Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them

– train, motivate, and advise a team of sales manager

– Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships

– Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

– Meeting planned sales goals.

– Coordinating with marketing on lead generation

Candidate Profile :

– Age 21-38 years

– Graduate (10+2+3)

– Presently working

– 2 To 4 years of field sales experience (insurance or BFSI Sales)

– Staying in the same city for more than 5 years good stability.
