About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Head – Lubricants to lead and expand our field sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales growth in the lubricant industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Field Executives
- Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory
- Develop and execute business plans to increase market share
- Identify and onboard new distributors and dealers
- Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure strong market presence
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-6 years of sales experience in the lubricant or automotive industry
- Proven experience in channel development and team handling
- Strong market understanding and distribution network in lubricants
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
