Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Head – Lubricants to lead and expand our field sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales growth in the lubricant industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Field Executives
  • Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute business plans to increase market share
  • Identify and onboard new distributors and dealers
  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure strong market presence
  • Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-6 years of sales experience in the lubricant or automotive industry
  • Proven experience in channel development and team handling
  • Strong market understanding and distribution network in lubricants
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
