  • Ensure consistent sales performance through effective management techniques.
  • Monitor agent capabilities to boost productivity and improve retention rates.
  • Guide advisors through the sales funnel to achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee and follow up on the sales process to drive sales through advisors.

Basic requirement 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of field sales experience
  • Driver’s license and bike ownership
  • Local candidate preferred
